  • Can I switch from DIY to Done-For-You (or vice versa)?

    Absolutely! Start with whichever option makes sense, and switch anytime. No penalties, no hassle.

  • Can SocialStache create long-form content (i.e. blogs and videos?)

    SocialStache is currently optimized for creating short-form content for social media—things like post ideas, captions, and scripts for reels and short videos.

    If you need long-form content, our FleekFlow AI solution includes blog creation. These blogs can then be repurposed into long-form video scripts that you can use for filming or other content formats.

    At this time, we don’t recommend relying on fully AI-generated videos. Authentic human presence still plays a major role in building trust, differentiating your brand, and converting customers.

    That said, we’re actively monitoring the evolution of AI video technology and will adapt our approach as the tools and results continue to improve.

  • How much does SocialStache cost?

    Pricing depends on your needs and content volume. We also offer a done-for-you option for clients that want human-in-the-loop review. Book a discovery call for a custom quote.

  • How is this different from hiring a social media manager?

    Three big differences:

    1. Speed: AI creates posts in seconds. Human managers need hours or days.
    2. Consistency: AI never gets sick, takes vacation, or quits. Your social media stays consistent no matter what.
    3. Authenticity: Because the AI is trained on your voice, posts sound like you—not a generic social media manager’s voice.

    That said, AI works best when combined with human strategy, which is why our done-for-you option includes human oversight (with your guided collaboration, of course!)

  • What if I don’t like a post the AI created?

    You have full control. You can enable the approval workflow so you review every post before it goes live. Or you can edit content directly in the system. Over time, as you give feedback, the AI learns your preferences and gets better.

  • How much time will I need to spend on content creation?

    About 15-30 minutes per week. Just text your ideas to your AI assistant throughout the week—a quick thought here, a photo there. The AI can handle the rest. If you want to review posts before they go live, add another 15-30 minutes for approvals. If you want to be completely hands-off, we can provide a done-for-you solution as well!

  • What platforms does SocialStache work with?

    For social scheduling, it works with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. We can add other platforms as needed.

  • Will the posts sound like a robot wrote them?

    Nope! That’s the whole point. We train your AI assistant on YOUR brand voice: how you talk, your personality, your style. The AI learns from examples of your writing and creates content that sounds authentically you. Most people can’t tell the difference between AI-written and human-written posts once the bot is properly trained.

  • Can I approve or edit content before it goes live?

    Yes, you can review, edit, and approve every piece of content, or let the system run on autopilot. We recommend a human-in-the-loop process for more peace of mind. If you want to be completely hands-off you can choose our DFY solution, and our team will review all content on your behalf.

  • Can I run these tools myself, or do I have to pay you to manage them?

    You choose! We offer both DIY and Done-For-You options for most of our solutions:

    DIY: You get access to the platform, training, and support, and you run it yourself. Perfect if you have time and want to own your marketing in-house.

    Done-For-You: We manage everything for you. Perfect if you don’t have time or prefer to focus on running your business. You can switch between DIY and DFY anytime with no penalties and no hassle.
