Who We Are

'fleek'

adjective, Slang.

on point; flawlessly styled (a.k.a. your marketing strategy when you decide to work with us.)

Welcome to Fleek Consulting. Here's our story...

Lukoskie Family

"Building healthy homes and bodies ... one marketing campaign at a time."

We're Jereme and Selwa Lukoskie, the owners of Fleek Consulting - a family-centered digital marketing agency.

We started this company with a passion to help all kinds of business owners grow and scale their companies through online lead generation.

Shortly after diving in head first, we began to experience some health challenges. Fortunately, we overcame them, but not without our fair share of struggles and sacrifices...

We've always held a passion for alternative health and wellness, but going that route often requires more patience and effort than conventional medicine. During our long battle with autoimmune illness, weakened immunity often compromised our business performance, as well as the relationships among our family members who were also our business partners at the time.

Thankfully, those relationships have since been mended. (Our family members/former partners started their own agency, and now we even share some clients!)

Over the years, we've had the privilege of helping many alternative medical practices acquire more leads and close more patients — an experience that ignited a desire to niche down into the health and wellness marketing space.

We've also worked with many contractors and home service providers in that time; so we couldn't just ignore our successes in that industry...

For that reason, when it comes to taking on new clients, we mostly work within those niches.

Though we enjoy working with all types of business owners, our strongest partnerships are with those who share our passion for building healthy homes and bodies ... one marketing campaign at a time.

Not a healthcare practitioner or home services provider? If you're a smart business owner who's looking to grow, this could still be a great fit! Reach out today to schedule a strategy call with our team.

CEO and 'Wannabe Octopus'

Hey, I'm Jereme. My Myers-Briggs test result says I’m an ENFP, which means my spirit animal is a dolphin (according to this Buzzfeed article).

My wife’s a wolf (INFJ), but I get stuck with dolphin? Um … no. I definitely identify more with the octopus – a “wildly intelligent and creative … independent” guy who values freedom.

I guess dolphins are pretty cool too, though… “Creative and contagiously happy, ENFPs have boundless energy and an appetite for learning about new things and meeting new people. They bring joy to others and are keenly perceptive to the needs of those around them.”

The amazing thing about sea creatures in general is how well they adapt to their environment. It's a trait that serves me well as a digital marketer.

CMO and 'Wolf'

Hey, I’m Selwa, Jereme’s bae! (That’s slang for ‘babe’ … #bossbabe, that is.)

According to my Myers-Briggs test, I’m an INFJ, also known as ‘the wolf’. Buzzfeed says people like me are “intensely interested in the well-being of others and are often seen as protectors as well as natural leaders.”

As a wife, mom and business owner, I'd say that's pretty accurate!

All that said, I'm also the introvert in this arrangement. Most of the time (while my husband's making sales calls) you'll find me executing our clients' marketing strategies from behind the comfort of my computer screen.

What's in a Name?

Why did you name your company 'Fleek Consulting'?

Originally applied to perfectly-groomed eyebrows, the phrase “on fleek” has been used to describe “everything from hash browns to skateboards.” (That’s straight outta’ Merriam-Webster.)

What can we say? We're trendy millennials at heart. That's a good thing for 21st century business owners, btw - we understand how to speak to your target market!

In short (and in case you missed the memo at the top of this page), 'fleek' is a slang term that means “on point”...

which is exactly what your marketing strategy should be.

Let's talk about the elephant in the room...

"There are thousands of digital marketing agencies out there. What makes you so different?"

We don’t work with everyone (sorry not sorry)...

When we initially founded our agency, we took on clients in every industry. Over time, that broad approach allowed us to hone in on the things we're good at - and most passionate about.

Our greatest marketing and lead generation successes have been with contractors / home service providers and alternative health practitioners.

Since we have a passion for creating healthy lifestyles, it just made sense for us to niche down into those specialties. Though we still take on other types of clients for some services (i.e. website design), we're most excited about partnering with companies in these industries to build holistic, growth-oriented marketing strategies.
